At the same time we were unexpectedly having to put one of our fur babies down in the middle of all the chaos. We were dealing with phone calls from an emergency vet while trying to communicate our need for organization and making sure was taken care of. Mike, Andrew and Austin were truly amazing, very compassionate for our scenario and kept a very professional demeanor. Thank you for your empathy to our situation.
