1. Over crowded project
2. They don't know how to treat existing customers. Interested only for new customers.
3. Not recommended at all.
4. Possession was in Dec 2020, but still building is in under-construction.
5. Keep away from paid review which shows 5 star.
6. People start selling there pre construction house's because of above review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience dealing with both Vision group and Jhamtani builders. They are a big liers and cheaters. What they promised during Booking and what they have shown as sample flat vs what they have delivered is totally opposite. They have used substandard materials and sub standard brand to construct the flat. It’s totally overcrowded project. During booking they have shown like it’s a dream project but they keep changing layout and adding additional buildings without informing customers. Not only that their CRM team are the worst people to deal with. They did not fulfil the agreed/ promised builder contribution for Pre Emi. So beware of this builder, they will never build what they promise or what they show as sample flat. I would recommend pls and pls go out with other better builder, as in the same price you will get better project. I have lost my peace of mind dealing with this builder. Such a bad experience. I really regret my decision of purchasing a flat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No water in flushes for high rise buildings. Please be careful with fake promises made by sales team. Do not invest hard earned money in their projects. Inferior quality construction. Surely depreciating asset and mental harassment for investor.
Everyday there are water issues, muck in so called stp set up no proper machanism. Flush does not have water. It's like living in chawl. Pls don't invest single rupee in Jhamtani. You will surely regret.

Dmart in society, IT park in just 3 km away, near by metro station, international schools and colleges within 300 mtrs and many more.
