★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here since Jun 2015 and no possession of clubhouse till date 18th feb 2020. So hope new buyers can understand how builder is playing with society. we have been waited 5 years with hope that this summer we will get possession of all amenities but 5 summer gone and 6th summer started. Also society people visted builder office 6 months back on this but yet not any outcome and that time builder people asking me to remove bad comments so removed thought that it might buider on other buildings sale. So plz "think twice before investing your hard earn money" to this project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good project, rooms are small, no proper ventilation in bedroom, balcony door does not have mosquito net. In spite of multiple request builder did not put the mosquito net in the bedroom balcony. Fittings are also not up to the mark. Moreover builder is not customer friendly, once flat is sold they start ignoring you, wont pickup your call. Beware about the offers and get everything in written, they promise many thing before booking but do not fulfill all of them. Overall very bad experience with Sukhwani Constructions, will not recommend to any one at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't bother about replying to clients after getting money. The customer has to come to them for possession. Otherwise service really doesn't matter to them. Lot of false promises.
