They keep promising but never delivers.
Their manager Bharat completely ignored the client request.
Then I went to owner Darpan thinking he would be taking care but guess what worst result.
I have whatsapp chats where they keep apologizing for their mistake and promise in 2 days will send technician at my home to fix machine but again even weeks passed but no one comes and they stopped answering calls.
I SPENT ALMOST 1 LAKH ON TREADMILL FROM THEM WHICH HARDLY WORKS AND KEEPS BREAKING DOWN AND THEY HARDLY SEND SOMEONE TO FIX.
TOTAL TIME WASTE.
DON'T BUY UNLESS U KNOW HOW TO FIX

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good Shop for sports and gyming equipments. You will find most of the sports equipments here also clothing for running and gyming. Though the Shop is not too big and don't have all sports accessories and machine but still have lot's of things to buy, most of the things are branded, price is high and support is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought the recumbent bike in May 2021 and it now has a creaking sound. I called my distributor and he asked me to pay 600rs as service fee and transport cost. I thought I have at least 1 year warranty.
Pathetic after sales experience. False promises given during time sale
