★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this store let alone buy any of their products.
Why?
1. Poor quality of the products - unsuitable for baby skin.
2. The salesmen are scammers - they would tell you anything to sell the products.
3. Unhygienic - They will make you sanitize your hands and record the body temperature when entering the shop, but the salesmen themselves do not wear face masks. ( I visited the shop today to return an item - more on that later, and the lead salesman / shop coordinator - Sandip, did not wear a face mask the entire time while he was speaking to me.
What happened with me?
I purchased a pair of knee pads for my 7 month old baby who had just started crawling. This was a couple of days after the cyclone Um-pan. Communications were down. Sandip was the sales person in the shop at that time. He did not provide me a receipt stating network issues. I asked him if I could return the product without a receipt. He promised me the world, that they excel at customer service and it should not be a problem. He insisted that there is no time limit for the return (reasonable given the circumstances) as long as the product was unused and in its original packaging. When I went today to return the product unused, he denied all his assurances stating that he could not have promised me anything against their corporate policies. I left the product with them and came out of the shop wondering about the quality of their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MRP's are very high of each products. Didn't liked the fact that the store dont provide much of a discount. Whereas their online partner Firstcry provides almost 50%-60% discount on each and every product of Babyhug

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Babyhug is a brand is good but the shop is not. Firstly the price. Its overpriced where u can get the same brand in firstcry lot cheaper. Exchange policy is also bad and specially the manager of the store is just awwful. Not recommended at all. Plz compare the prices with online then only buy
