★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your own research about the models you want to buy and Never Ever listen to the salesmen in this store!! They are mostly dishonest and will try to sell you old stocks of products which are lying in their inventory. AVOID this store if possible and try other reputed shops. I personally had very bad experience with purchase and installation from this store. Lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these people.. They often sell you dated products.. Promise something and give you nothing and above all they lie a lot to you regarding products and availability. Lastly they intend to sell you and take the money but they wont send the product at home and later make excuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought two air conditioners (one Samsung and one LG). The billing team is a bit slow and I would suggest keep some extra time in hand while visiting this store but the overall experience is decent. The staff is well behaved and helpful. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because of their lackadaisical attitude towards sanitation and social distancing . When I asked the salesman to properly wear the mask and maintain social distancing , he abided, but I think in such tough times the customer is not expected to ask the staff to maintain the SOP but it's their own duty to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with staff. They promised to send a gift with LG washing machine that I purchased, but it never arrived after a month. Staff behaved rudely when asked about it. They screamed over phone..very very disappointing.Will never enter their shop again.

Rakhi the store manager is a charm to talk to and she explains each and everything and recommends also understanding your requirements
