★ ★ ★ ★ ★ most horrible experience we had, they are only interested in exploiting people in need, we took out tata ace for service by mistake to bachoo garage instead of bafna , they insisted that we can give you better service and discount on the service and spares, after too much of convincing i agreed to that, when they took up work, their work started to increase and later they made me to change the parts which was not really required, later a normal service was made in to a bill of 9500/, then when i insisted that i can only pay by my credit card, as i am not carrying the cash , they said we never accepted credit card,( Surprising that a tata authorised service center only accepts cash ) and they told we cant event accept cheque, they didnot let me take my tempo, they made my driver come to my office and take cash to give them, to relese the tempo very bad experience will never go their again ...... very rude behaviour of the service advisor after the work was done and their works manager suresh
