In fact their collection is so vast that the children's department is in another shop in Khan Market itself. Do check it out if you are in the vicinity.

There is a small niche where you can sit and read before buying. Hundreds of options to explore and be chance if they don't have what you are looking for... They will get it for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a gem of a place situated in Khan Market, New Delhi, which is quite an uptown area. Coming to the bookstore it has its own following and legacy, high profile personalities throng here too and that is because of Bahrisons' extensive collection.
The staff is very sweet humble and helpful even the manager/owner of the store tends you if he's not occupied. You will find what you're looking for from classics to pop-intelligentsia if you can't find it here leave a request with the manager and he will get back to you. The only catch is you pay the price mentioned on the book whereas the same book if available online is almost always at a slashed price. Anyhow visit here for the vibe and if you're into books, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited both the stores of Bahri Sons in Khan Market. One was for general public and other was for kids and young adult. Both the stores are not adjacent to each other. The kids one is above colocal cafe. Both of these branches can be easily located via Google maps or by asking people in the market.
The kids bookstore offer a lot of variety of books in terms of publications and authors. They keep books of Indian publications as well (like Tulika and Katha) except NBT and CBT. You might also find gifts for children in the bookstore.
Staff of the store is polite. The store has fixed prices and won't offer any discounts. Also provides home delivery services but will charge for the transportation according to the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's great place for the readers, who are passionate about the literature. Having a huge collection and good in hospitality, enough space to roam and view the books. Whenever I used to go there I take almost 3 hours while searching and reading the books, it's fun. You don't like to come early ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a small two-storey bookstore with a really big collection of books. I saw some editions I didn't even know existed. You would most probably find any book you couldn't find elsewhere. Although I didn't buy any book as they had minimal discount, I loved the collection.
