★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere. Spencer mall and baisakhi bazzar is near to this. They have a good community hall. Park and playgrounds are available inside of this abasan. Bus stop and VIP sweets are very close to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baisakhi Anasan is a nice place for residence of government employees. Good communication with all part of kolkata. Very near to Karunamoyee. In this area there are so many markets. Government supply fish, chicken and vegetables are available in this area. Nearest Metro station will be Karunamoyee . There are so many green trees here. Park for children are here. There are sufficient blank places for travelling. Generally all facilities for better lifestyles are available here. Good place with natural grassland are find here. Enjoy lots. Quarter for State Governments employees....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very much close to the baisakhi Island, from where you can go anywhere in the city. This is a clean place and there is a big playground beside this.. Within 100 meters there is a shopping mall call AMP Baisakhi, though it's not fully operational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a Govt Housing Complex and a nice, quiet place. One big playground and one children's play area is also existing within the complex. Sufficient lights are there all across. In summer you will see the playground is filled with local people till 9 P.M. You will always breath fresh air over here, and can relax. All sorts of daily needs are available in this area like vegetables, fruits, groceries, sweets, fast foods, etc at a cheap price. The big AMP Baisakhi Mall is also located here. You will get autos to all other places of Saltlake from here at anytime. Transport is also very good in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quarter Vincent residences. Mainly for state govt. Employees. Well spaced buildings good community hall. Nice road surrounding no issues for parking. However flats conditions were not too good. It is not at all properly metained. Good neighborhood for children's. And most importantly the communication to this place is a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT AT ALL SAFE FOR WOMEN!!! If you are planning to visit be safe. As the residents don't like visitors who don't belong from their locality. And be aware of the lush green field, they might be attractive. But turns out it's a "resident only" place. And even if you find yourself enjoying there isolated from day-to-day cacophony, suddenly a prying horde of geezers and hags will attack you. In there natural habitat they can be found gossiping but if threatened with login and reasoning. They will stoop as low as raising fallacious allegations against you. But that's just the warning shot. If infuriated further be prepared to be pushed and heckled. So this just an advisory to any women (and men) out there. Please be safe.
