Markets are near by. Only drawback mainroad is little bit congested and not in good shape. Shared auto toto available from dhalai bridge.

Firstly the per square feet price is high considering the fact that apartment is not at a walking distance from the bus route. Either you need to take auto or have private vehicle. Secondly the maintenance rate is high as well.
