★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few points on this complex after staying since April, 2019 -
Did not receive personal electricmeter yet, have to pay electricity bill at much higher rate.----As per GPS group they are trying to resolve this asap.
Connecting road from complex to main road getting WORSE day by day and GPS group is doing NOTHING from the beginning. ----As per GPS group they are working on it.
WATERLOGGING inside the complex is a regular scenario in rainy days, moreover no power during this time. ----As per GPS group power issue has been resolved during waterlogging.
DIRTY water with BAD odour getting filled to water tank during waterlogging inside the complex. Can't even use it to wash hands. Fresh water is unavailable during rainy season. ----As per GPS group issue with water is resolved.
Very HIGH MAINTENANCE rate compared to their so called service.
Very LOW QUALITY sliding door, it remains good hardly for couple of months.
Tiles NOT fitted properly.
NO Slopping in bathroom, used water stucked for hours.
Should have thought multiple times before buying.

It's been 1 year now. Management is totally reluctant to pay any service. Water logs a lot in rainy season. U will be stuck for days waiting for water to drain out. Water logs in generator and meter area , which is extremely dangerous. After complaining multiple times, no action was taken.
Only thing they know is to cut the electricity and stop the lift and ask for maintenance time to time.
HOPING THE BUILDING TO STAND STILL FOR ATLEAST 2-3 YEARS .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things are good here, both owner and staffs are good. Under construction phases are progressing with a good pace and it might be among one of the best places to live in. Will update my review if things become better or worse. Neighbors and staffs in the society are also very good human being and well behaved .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible property to live in. Basic aminities are not provided. You cannot stay here during rainy season. Do not opt for this property. You will regret it later.
Update:
Things have been much better now. GPS group has listened to our issues and currently things are in better shape. Hope this will continue like this.
The service facility of basic aminity like Lift is ZERO. They charge high maintenance. However, Lift doesn't work for most of the time. Being a senior citizen, facing extreme difficulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road leading to the property is pathetic.Day by day it is getting worse.Uber and OLA doesnt want to come due to the road and google maps for OLA and UBER shows wrong road to the property.
Fearing the moonsoon season,when it comes the society roads gets completly waterlogged and not sure if the water drainage is going to improve or not

Update:Things are improving,will increase my ratings as well when things are fully improved
Update 2: The roads leading to the property are pathetic... With muddles and big stones.Worst part is both the roads for moving in and out of the property are terrible for Four Wheelers.If you love your car don't plan to come here..Your car wheels will be damaged completely and especially when it rains a little bit huge potholes are created which becomes accident prone.I would not recommend this property to anyone especially for the road conditions and there is no ETA when the road will improve and whether at all it will improve.Regretting my decision and please be wise with your decision...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment has it's own pros and cons. People inside are good, collaborative and helpful. GPS has good reputation and they make sure you get good hospitality throughout the buying process .The only major trouble here is water logging and roads. Focus point should be water drainage than water logging. Drainage system is below average due to which water remains logged for consecutive 3-4 days even if it just rains a single night. Apartment is saved from water logging part(in rainy season, apartement compound will also get flooded), but people daily moving in n out will face the water logged on every path until they reach main road. Gps management and collaborative effort of society members might reduce the severity of water logging in this area but that's a long way to GO. 2 ? reduced for these 2 problems. Awaiting for the day when I will increase ? .
Update : Necessary actions are taken from GPS group for upliftment of Lifts. Taking future in consideration this is a Good approach. Life inside the apartment is going good with no major issues. Good to have positive vibes all around. Appreciate it!!

GPS Group has had a discussion with the residents and now working on all the issues highlighted by us.
Complete lack of manufacturing planning by builder. During Rainy season the real skeleton will come out. Water logging is not an issue. It's common in Newtown area. However, it is so poorly planned that every time there's water logging, your power will be gone for 48-72 hours. Both power source and generator goes under water. The condition of the connector road is so poor that you might face accident any day anytime even if you cross that road walking. They're planning for phase 2. Think multiple times before considering this property. You'll be promised many things before purchase but will be hugely disappointed after handover.
