★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service... Never do buy this health insurance..They only care about sales, once you purchase the policy, they take 10 to 12 days to revert back on your queries or in some case just ignore the customera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can go less than 1, they don't even deserve 1 star, don't care about customer.. took 20 days to issue a medical insurance, and following up for refund from.last 15 days of some other policy..no response..
Neither they response on mail neither on phone.. completely 3td class attitude towards customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible service. i have been contacting the company customer care number for 2 months and asking them to send an executive but they just hang it and does not provide any sure answer. no customer service and you have a tag line relationship beyond insurance. but there is no concern about the customers issue.. you guys just wanna make money and provide no help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst customer service experience with this company. It's now three weeks I have been trying to port my policy and no one is paying attention. Even after sending mail to grievance officer no reverting back. The call center says one thing and the office says another. Quite poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional company. Had called the concerned person several times. Their agents for original documents and when found guilty of losing them, they rejected my accidental claim. They dont give any specific format for any document and keep on asking the same thing again and again. I dont know, how dumb their agents are. The agents cant see, what the previous one has sent an email for.

Every day get new email with different renewal amount. Remya Nair and Akshay Phanse do no keep there promises to contact back.
Bunch is unknowledgeable people working with no product knowledge.
Supervisor hung up calls if not able to resolve issue.
providing wrong details and the they have answer System are out of service, update with the system and System error

I went to their offices as well . But no one is there as well because of covid . Pathetic service. And when they want to advertise for their policy, they call so many times
