Custom care contact no. also not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic delivery service. They dont even handover your courier even if you go there in person and show authentic id proofs. Delivery personnel are stupid and rude and want to know and check unnecessary details. And they need to hire staff for the front desk as they clearly cannot handle the load. All in all dont go for this. Not possible to give less than one star hence this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't provide delivery agent number, nor the branch number. They expect us to wait for the courier for 4-5 hours. Pathetic service. DTDC is anytime better than blue dart.

@Bluedart Team, do hire some talent who keeps all such link/address/phone no/location in align with actual location.
Not giving rating for courier service, it is for location issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen so many reviews for this place which was very much wrong as per my experience, the front desk guy was very nice and find out my parcel within 5 minutes. But for first time visitors it is very difficult to find this place as location on Google map is incorrect and the place is somewhere else. Overall all experience was good.
