DO NOT BOOK their services
Rather hand deliver it yourself you will save yourself some money and a lot of hassle
Not to mention their staff does not understand courtesy even when they are at fault
Company like such needed to add professional to their name however failed to understand what it means

They should change the name to unprofessional courier. Please never send anything from them. Worst ever experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ghatiya Service.. Supposed to delivered my Shipment from dehradun on given time.. Bt they failed.. When i called the guy who picked my call said.. We dont deliver your product to my doorstep.. Bt when i went their i met Another guy.. He said the service dont have enough staff to delivery.. Really pathetic & worst behavior & worst professional guys...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to give zero stars that's why had to give 1 star. Worst service. The Unprofessional Couriers.
The lady that attends to the calls very rude and impolite, used bad words. My consignment had arrived since 3 days and still not delivered to me. Everyday they said it will be delivered today by 4 pm, when called again at 4 pm she said,
"aapko ek baar bola to samajhme nahi aata kya ya dimag nahi hai aapko."
This way of talking with customers is totally unacceptable so I contacted the head office in Mumbai and lodged a high priority complaint against them, after which they came running to me apologizing and delivered my consignment at night.
This is the worst experience ever compared to any courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst service. The women who attended my call was very unethical. She doesn't know how to talk. First of all they don't deliver the parcel at my location and when there was no update in the link I called them, she asked me to come and picked up the parcel(I was not knowing that they are not going to deliver my parcel at my location though they didn't inform us). I called them after 2-3 days for asking if I can come now she told me that the parcel is returned. They even don't attend calls neither call us to inform. India post is better than this. Waste of money. Extremely disappointed.
