★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent and professional team of engineers. I needed to transfer data from CPU to USB pen drive. Some other service center kept the system for one month and returned back saying they couldn't find proper adapter to connect and transfer data. Found DNA Computers on Google and my work was done in 3 days at a very reasonable cost.
The team at DNA is very humble and polite and understands service standards. Highly recommended.

They deleted my entire software backup and gave me a response saying, I should have specified what software to savage.
I had told them I want the entire data backed up, but they deleted the software and blamed me for it.
Would never recommend them to anyone as they really don't know what they doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with the HP laptop repair having issue with DC jack, panel.
While comparing with others prices are bit expensive like I got DC jack at price 1200 but I checked with other shops they are charding 950 with 6 months warranty.
Otherwise quality work and regular status about repairing. 1 star less for pricing.

They have two centers one in viman Nagar and one in kharadi. I have visited viman Nagar one which is located close to subway walk on viman Nagar chowk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience with Dna computers. I had bought a SMPS for my PC and it became faulty within the warranty period, so I went to dna computers to get it replaced. They said u leave it with us and we will get it replaced for u and the told me to pick it up after 6 days. After 6 days when I went to take the replacement they said their person didn't go to the service center past 6 days so whenever he is going to the service center next they will call me. I requested them to give me replacement from their stock but they refused. Then after waiting for 6 days I had to go to the service center and got it replaced. For no reason I had to stay without my PC so many days. I really wouldn't have minded if they had diverted me to the service center on the very first day itself. After sales experience is real bad at DNA computers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked DNA up on Google as I needed to get my laptop slowness started. I made a call and their rep offered to get the laptop picked up. Within a couple of hours analysis of the issue was done a software upgrade was performed. A call was made to me with detailed problem statement and fixes. One I gave my go ahead my laptop was delivered to me in couple of hours. Extremely time efficient and user friendly services. Their experts are very competivjtive too. I am overall very satisfied.
