★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you mind your hard earned money, ensure that you check latest price of new products at web rather just simply spend on an used product. Sometime back I exchanged my Amazfit Bip watch with an Realme watch. The experience was good as was earlier. But at the same time, they have showcased many used items with much higher quote comparing to the prices are on offer for the new product. Example, for an Mi revolve watch they have tagged the price of 7k and trust me you check out the Mi app and you will be shocked to see that the same new piece of watch is priced 6999/-. There is something wrong with them in terms of pricing. But finally, I love Cex but not blindly. That all folks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fraudulent company. While buying from there they give you jazz of easy returns and exchange and then when you actually go there they say you will take 1 month and all. Their prices also are as par with new products so might as well buy the new product then buying a second hand from them.
