★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one plus bass edition bluetooth earphone from this shop in pune Deccan and right side of the bluetooth stoped working in 6 months came for service and replacement and they said the submission of product is from 11am to 2.30pm only and there is such a long Que for submission this such tough times these shops should alteast increase the timing for submission and delivery
Complaint about the same and they rudely said you can go and submit to other One Plus shop in pune if u have been vaccinated .... They hardly care for customers I suppose ... They don't want business and neither does the salesperson in service want their job.... It's like they are doing a favour on the company and its customers....
Everyone please make a note of it before getting anything from this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was really good. They were polite and helpful. All the models and accessories were available. We can get our phone exchanged here as well. But discount is available only on SBI credit card. The latest 9 series is also available at the store.

Very casual and unprofessional approach .
One time I thought it's better to purchase a one plus from other outlet in Phoenix.

They behave as if they own the brand.
I have a one plus six and asked one of the guys to explain the additional features of a 1+9 pro which was available in the store.
The guy was fair and had long hair ...thinks of himself as a Bollywood hero most likely.
He just bluntly said , figure it out yourself.
Pathetic.
Never buying from one plus again
