β β β β β Have been for lunch. Good ambience.. Excellent service... Reasonable cost.. overall a good first impression. The starters are pretty good, adequate portions, well cooked and well served. However, the main course non veg dishes are not authentic north Indian as touted and different dishes taste the same! Dessert (rabri) on very strong recommendation of the waiter was ordered but it was sour and sticky and was returned back.
Recommendation; Have starters with Indian breads to really enjoy the Copper Chimney

β β β β β I went with my entire team. We pre-booked it to avoid lots of delay. I hardly get starters, in an hour. The taste was very average for one or two pieces I could try. The main course wasn't so good. I would say below average. Even they did not serve what we paid for. The waiting time was long and futher serving was unorganised. On complaining about the same, the staff didn't notice and didn't care. At least in near future not willing to go and I do not recommend. Adding more after couple days- A good number of people had food poisoning including myself...And I am not surprised. When you consume pre-cooked, low quality and stale food, this is what happens. I would say strictly avoid this place. Good for nothing

β β β β β We were in Phoenix Market city and after shopping a bit, we wanted to have something Indian as it had been a while due to covid. After deliberating and looking at the ambience, we decided to give Copper Chimney a try.
The staff was good, courteous and welcoming. We ordered roomali rotis, some vegetarian kofta curry (forgot the name) and delhi shikanji. It was actually a surprise to us how wonderfully spiced the curry tasted. Usually it is always on a spicier side in India and tastes little of actual spices. This curry tasted superb, mild on chilli and loads on spices. One of the best we've had. The rotis were also soft and nice. The shikanji was also superb. It was a quiet afternoon and there was less crowd (weekday). Definitely worth a second visit when we travel to India again.

β β β β β The dining experience at Copper Chimney was great. Murgh Bhatti ke Kabab , Paneer Makhanwala, chicken biryani and rumali roti were exquisite. Rajesh served us very kindly. Nice time at Dinner! Worth the visit.

β β β β β Amazing food great place and Very warm hospitable team, they not only take good care of guest while dine in but also provide great assistance while ordering form food delivery platforms . I had confusion related to my order on swiggy and itβs difficult to edit order ones placed , they went ahead one step and provided the right quantity also surprised with desert. My order was pretty small though. Not only good food but also user experience matters. Copper chimney never disappoints

β β β β β We were there for a family lunch and really enjoyed. Rajesh served us and he was great. Took care of all our requirements very nicely. We needed some non spicy dishes, some jain dishes and some regular veg and non veg food and everything was catered to brilliantly. Thanks for such a good experience.

β β β β β Super slow service. Had to wait 25 min for my order. But the food as usual Is great so it was worth it. I would not suggest if your going when your hungry order some quick bites to munch on. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

β β β β β Starters and drinks were good in taste and presentation.Staff service was also upto the mark.
Things need to be improved are that very few options are there in vegetarian starters and main course.
We ordered the only paneer curry available and taste was just ok and is not upto the mark if compared to other competitors such as Punjab grill.
