★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Delhi and very very fond of cafe Delhi heights. But my experience of this one was pathetic. Tandoori platter was served after half an hour and it was cold. On the other hand, lemonade was almost lukewarm. Had to ask them to add ice 2-3 times, to make it drinkable. They really need to pull their socks..!! Clearly a 1 star ??

They have a multi cuisine menu. They have special US poultry menu (duck & turkey) till, I think, Jan 12th, 2021. Given the name of the restaurant, I expected more options on Indian food, but was a little disappointed. Nevertheless, food taste was pretty good. They have outdoor seating which is nice. Although there was no contact order placement available, waiters didn't encourage us to use it. Maybe it was because we went around closing time and they wanted to speed through the order placement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you aren't intending to visit the food court, this place is a decent visit for eating out while visiting the Phoenix Mall.
I had my old mother alongside and so I chose to sit here for it proved to be convenient visit.
Menu has a mixed option though the Indian platter is limited.
USP: Potions are pretty sufficient and can be customized. ( Do ask for suggestions where required).
Placement within the mall : Convenient.
Ambience: Decent with a lovely outdoor option.
Personal favourite : Agio Olio.
Friendly staff. Could be on your list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely located inside phoenix Mall, viman Nagar, Pune.Has both indoor and outdoor seating.outdoor seating is open to liberty park.Fresh and cool Breeze can be enjoyed outside.Great menu with a good cuisine .Finger licking fast food.Njoyed there cool mocktails.Nice ambience and decor.
Njoyed evening while a live band performed on Linkin park.Also Reducing 1 star for slightly expensive food and charging service charge without consent.

The place is nice, staff is polite, service is very good, food & drinks were perfect! (we tried the aloo tikki chat, tandoori chicken, apple-cinnamon martini & some beer)
Definitely gonna be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Ordered nachos, crispy mushroom. Both were delicious. Ordered ice tea (cranberry) flavour of tea was drowned by flavour added. In mains had the chilli garlic noodles. I recommend. Also had the palak chole. It's different and good. Must taste. But i will not order it again. Received a complementary blueberry cheesecake. I will not order that cake. Not to my taste. Overall good food with excellent service. Will go there again for sure. Also note that they offer 15% corporate discount on display of company ID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a lovely place furnished well with both indoor and outdoor seating. Hospitality of the staff is good. Ambience is quite great to have picturesque snaps especially during daytime. They serve complimentary small chunks of bread and butter, which is quite good as it makes the customer happy. Food and drinks quality is decently fine.
Overall, it is a great place to dine in with your friends and family.
