★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I had purchased one bed and they had told me the bed is having solid wood and never disclosed its belong to rubber wood. After purchase they have never told us any preventive measures to avoid water with this wood. Now I have to pay 7500+ for damages due to water.

Not accepting any complaints via stores.
To register a complain one has to make a call to the call center and there also one has to wait atleast for half an hour.
Very pathetic service by home center.

Price wise little bit higher side. All types of payments are accepted...

Otherwise they will dispatch their display board items which doesn't come under any warranty and if is a defective one then you can't be able to replace it as per their policy. After 2 months of continuous follow up from centre and customer care finally they refuse & i have to used the defective product only. Waste of money and time....think 100 times before ordering.
