I DONT EXPECT THIS FROM SOUTH BOMBEY BECAUSE I AM YOUR VERY REGULAR CUSTOMER.
PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS TYP OF SITUATION.
PLEASE GO WITH ATTACHED PHOTO AND SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR OUTLET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered varieties of Idlis from South Bombay. Really delicious Idlis. Great way to celebrate the holidays. My personal fav are the Masal Idli and Minimalgudi Podi Idli,so I ordered them. And some cold drinks. The Idli was too good to explain in words. It was an absolute treat to my taste buds. The flavours just melted in my mouth along with the cheese and the chutnies. Highly recommended from my end..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a ferrero rocher shake something. It cost me 210 but it was extremely awful and tasteless! It was just cold water with a small hint of chocolate. The cream and chocolate on the top was okay but the drink inside was extremely bad!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people give 2 & 3 star rating. The Place is on top floor of Phoenix mall & The quality of Dosa was really Good & yummy.
I would say don't rely on negative comments & try it once at non-crowdy time.
Crunchy & Non-Sweets Chatni unlike Others.
