★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Phoenix mall outlet. Very slow service. There was no internet connection inthe mall.We got the menu after 15 minutes git the fruit chiller in 1 minute. But it took 40 minutes to 1 hour for all the food to arrive. Very small portions as per the price. Very less spicy food even though the hotel's name is Chili.The classic American cheese cake was good..very different from what we get elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to get authentic Tex-Mex style Burgers. We took Southern Veg and Chicken Burgers. Veg burger was ok ok. But Chicken burger was delicious. They have good range of Mocktails as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to Chili's number of times over the years, and it has always been a delight. Celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, get-together with friends, and other family occasions. My order this time was Crispy Chicken Tacos, Chicken Crispers, Totilla crusted chicken, Chicken and Shrimp combo Fajita, Chocolate crisp paradise Pie. Visited on a Thursday afternoon. By 3 pm, most tables were occupied, so best to book your table if your visit is planned around that time window. Staff is very polite. The menu needs to be viewed by a mobile QR scanner. Staff is following all Covid precautions, so that is a great plus. My entire order was freshly cooked; loved all the dishes that were served. Special mention for the Chocolate crisp paradise pie! Looking forward to next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a nice place pre-pandemic, however the food and services have deteriorated over time.
Went there after around 2 years - there was a visible lack coordination between the few people they had on board. Interiors looked shabby too and need maintenance.
The service quality was very poor - had to request them a few times to get the table cleaned - this is basic stuff. Order took a long time too and the taste was just off, the food was quite bland - had ordered Pasta Alfredo which for some reasons was overloaded with random veggies (everything except the usual broccoli and mushrooms) minus the seasoning. The mocktail (Tropical Sunrise) was extremely sour and lacked balance. Tripple dipper with chicken was okayish. The staff needs serious training on service and communication, else it feels like you're eating at a roadside stall tbh.
There was a power cut and surprisingly there was no backup, even when this restaurant is inside Pheonix Marketcity so had to wait till it was restored to get the cheque.
Highly disappointed, never going there again, not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with a big expectation however, we’re disappointed totally. It is Indianised Chilis and far far from Tex-Mex as the restaurant needs to be. Veg bowl was like a our desi Bhel with all ingredients tossed up with no flavor of Tex-Mex. Veg Burger was served well however, more like a burger one would get in McDonalds. Staff was courteous and were listening but kitchen needs to keep the standard of Chilis flavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and the experience was really good. We had various kinds of chicken and pork dishes. Each of them tasted really nice. The chicken was juicy and tangy. Ample amount of side dishes and sides were given to accompany with the food. The mocktails were really nice too. The staff was really well behaved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love this place. Have been there multiple times. The Ambience is good, the service is top notch and food ofcourse is amazing. We ordered sauteed vegetables, pasta and burger. Got complimentary cold drinks as well. They serve big portions so please do keep that in mind while ordering and also their staff is quite sensible. They'll tell you if you go with overboard with the order. Definately recommend you to try their burgers. They are my personal favorite.
