★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the CK shop opposite la senza in phoenix mall viman nagar. - usually north eastern staff is good but the girl whos been workin there for long time with brown hair, she is bit lazy now and did not take interest in us so we did not purchase. pl try to have new north eastern staff and pl avoid maharashtrian as they have no etiquette as seen in your other shop. but good merchandise

All 3 staff members on personal video calls in corners. No assistance for sizing options. The service spoils the experience, was a regular here but now have second thoughts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff and customer service. They didn't entertain us inside the store and made us wait for 1 hour on pretext of clicking pictures for launching a new product. There were other customers waiting who lost interest and left. They didnt even care. The way they were conducting themselves too was impolite.
