★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their outlet in Phoenix Mall on Saturday the 7th July. I was welcomed by the Asst. MANAGER. The Domestic Rep was busy with a client. I gave her my details and assured her that I was a serious traveller and very keen to visit NE India in September. She assured me the rep would call me and email me. Neither happened! If this was my business I would have asked the potential customer to wait and called the following day! If this is an indication of how they operate...no thanks!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't bother booking your holidays here. This is the most incompetent travel agent. If there was a way to give 0 rating then that is what they deserve. Absolute nightmare. If you want a nightmare for a vacation then please do go here. Very incompetent staff and no coordination between their internal departments.
By the way this is my feedback even before the vacation has started.

Worst Travel Agency to travel with.
When in a foreign country they will not send you the bookings up until the last minute, their cabs wont come on time (Happened with us not once, not twice but thrice).
I had to literally scamper with luggage along with 4 senior citizens.
Please do not EVER do any bookings through them.
