★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have earned the good name in travel agency but now they are now the worst travel agency specially after the corona pandemic.
No cleaning in buses, foul smell in the bus and the journey looks like a local bus, the driver trying to earn money by taking passenger from anywhere between the journey and due to this they stopped the bus many times in rajkot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly impunctual, unresponsive when waiting for the bus, and filthy bus.
They were a great company prior to Covid19. We could blindly trust their buses. Their quality has gone down drastically.
It took me 6 hrs to get to ahd from rajkot - a journey that takes less than 4.5-5 hrs otherwise. Most importantly, the driver was unapologetic abt this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked 1 ticket from Ahmedabad to rajkot and they said that please reach ofc at 05:45 am and thier is no any management for customers satisfaction.
Service is not good. Because the main primary issue is bus would be 20 to 25 min late without any reason..
No doubte bus is clean. But time management is nor good

I have been scammed while travelling from Rajkot to Ahmedabad airport,they will drop you at paldi which is 11-12km away from Ahmedabad airport and they will ask you to wait for another Patel bus which will drop at airport but it will come after 30-40min and till that time auto drivers will keep on harrassing you to travel with them where they will give you smirk smile and say that you need to wait for 1 hour. Thankfully I got bus after 40min post escalation where me and my wife were alone in full bus and there were 3 men's in the bus which includes 1 driver, 2 cleaner and 3rd unknown guys which was not at all safe.I hope you guys know nirbhaya case.Employees at paldi are not at all professional and it seems that they are not educated as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As like others they never give proper reply on telephonic conversation. They are always in hurry. Waiting area is not proper. Washroom facilities are extremely poor. They need to be customer friendly.

Tho AC had Different modes and Regulator so that was good.
