★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.
I booked a ticket in A/C Volvo bus, and when I boarded the bus it was boiling. I was told that the A/Cs would start in a few minutes after we leave. Which did not happen. The whole ride i was sweating. It was very uncomfortable. The bus conductor and driver were very creepy. They knew I was a girl traveling with just my friend so they did not listen to any of our complains and were very rude.
This is the second time this has happened. They won't refund your money or anything.
Their service is SH*T.
Travel with Neeta buses. Their service is really good and the price is same.
