★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. my bus is from Indore around 8.30 but bus came at 9.40 and after 10.30 they are waiting for another bus to come .after changing bus we reached wagoli around 10am and police is not allowing bus to enter in city so we wait till 11.30 I have to reach home so I took cab which cost me 550 rs. Worst experience not at all happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus is ok type. And charging port is on for sometime only. Bus operator should pay attention to hygeine. Old bedsheets are used. Bus has got good suspensions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good services and continously trying to do best for customer and quality point of view.. Some of the nice multiaxle buses but some are old which are running. Recently travelled to Indore in one of the multiaxle bus, which was old and comfort level was not as per their rating, they provided return of 30% amount due to poor AC and comfort.
