★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday we visited the restaurant. The host or hostess was not there. The place was dirty no air conditioning it was hot and humid inside the restaurant. We had to seat ourselves nobody was interested in taking out order. Finally the waitress did make an appearance about table 20 seconds after taking the order she returned to ask us the order again. We asked Sweta to cancel the order and left the restaurant for the last time. We have been a customer for five years and it was a sad ending to a nice place to have food and drinks.

After ordering the shots we told him to get the bill and asked them to not charge service charge,Sarvesh Gupta the manager of the place as he said that you Will have to pay the service charge or else you can leave. He was the rudest person we ever meet in the hospitality industry, nobody expects someone to say that kind of thing. To pay service charge or not to pay is the right of the customer and quite clearly he does not understand the hospitality that goes with it.
Do not go there even if you are very hungry because there are so many other options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited this place for lunch along with a couple of my friends. It was a completely delightful experience. Coming to the ambience, it was utterly stunning and classy!The bar counter is quite interesting and one thing to note that there are different quotes all over the wall.They have indoor as well as outdoor seating arrangements. One can savor good food and drinks!The menu here showcases best of American and European dishes.I had been here when they were coming up with a new menu and so the menu had lot of good options to choose from and each dish had a blend of great flavors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is nice, ambience not very much as it looks like place that is in its last month of closure.
Serving staff is fine however billing takes a lot of time plus there is no option of denying the service tax as mentioned in their terms and condition hidden in the bottom of menu.
Maybe some other Irish Club would be good but in Phoenix I would say there are better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The liquor was ok. But the food was awful. We had ordered a fried chicken dish with French fries and a mushroom dish. All of this fried in some kind of fish oil. All the items has a fishy kind of smell which destroyed the flavour of the food completely.
The staff serving the food were really good and patient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our go to place whenever we went pheonix market city, I went here after long 2 and half years it's bad to see the place totally degraded in terms of quality of food, drinks also the crowd as well.
The tap beer was not upto the mark it seems it's was old it's doesn't taste good at all food was good we had chicken nachos may be it was a lockdown effect but sad to say this place lost its old charm.
Although service was quick and staff were friendly.
