★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mandarin Cafe
.
Its located in Phoenix Market City on ground floor the the mall. As there is mostly upper class crowd in phoenix market city people usually prefer to eat around and do shopping. It's a casual dining which has Chinese, Asian and Thai cuisines.
Service is quiet good. The cafe is distributed into to rooms
One has arranged tables and chairs along with Mocktail bar and another one which has big half round couches which are reserved for special people. Overall ambience is good but the cafe has low lightning.

**Food **
1) We started with few Mocktails and shake like Spiced Mango Mojito, Spicy orange muddle, Oreo cookie shake and Kiwi and lime margarita.
I just liked the shake and kiwi mojito rest we not that good though.
.
2)Honey Chilli Potatoes
I did not feel that it has more of the sesame into it could be improved more
.
3)Sichuan chilly baby corn
It was good in taste.
.
4)Black bean Tofu
This was something new I tried for the first time.
It is Paneer which is covered with black bean but I feel most of the black bean taste.
.
5)Vegetable in hot garlic sauce
Veggies were just dipped into sauce which didn't made and taste of it. Could be more improved.
.
6)Exotic Vegetable sizzler
This is something I liked in main course which has veggies and serves with rice. It was well cooked and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mandarin Cafe is all you need for some quality Pan Asian food when at Pheonix Mall. We were called in here to try out their menu , and here's my recommendations should you visit the place-
Prawn Shezwan Dry- they have big pieces of prawns, Trump would call it HUGEE , and so is the case with the portion size. The prawns are mildly spiced and tossed in veggies and are delish.
The Tom Yum Veg Ramen, I had the vegetarian version , but they have their noodle game on point , and should you happen to go in for the non vegetarian versions, I think this is gonna be some straight up soul food, but works great as a vegetarian option too.
Chilly Mushroom Dry- Bite sized pieces of fried mushroom and works great as a starter.
Veg Spring Rolls- whatever be the filling, is all in the wrap, and the crispy golden crunchy outer goodness they have is on point.
Black Bean Tofu- There's been a very few places in town where Ive had good tofu and liked it, this place is one of them.
The place has a clean ambience and can be your go to for having some quality Pan Asian cuisine , as they have food influenced from Indonesia, China , Vietnam , Malaysia, etc. and not your regular Chinese fare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Phoenix mall and looking for Chinese, Thai and Asian food then Mandarin cafe is must visit. Recently visited this place and tried so many things from here. Listing below the dishes which are highly recommended.
Kiwi Sparkler: The best beverage to start the meal with, Kiwi and hint of lime made an awesome mocktail.
chilli Mushroom Dry : Juicy and fried Mushroom, it was too good in taste even non vegetarians like it more than the nonveg appetizers.
Veg Spring Rolls : It was basket of Spring Rolls ,one with just veg filling and one with Veg and cheese filling. Both were good.
The Tom Yum Veg Ramen
There are very few places in pune where you get good Ramen and this was really good. #musttry
Tofu in Hot Basil Chili Sauce
Tofu in this was fresh and soft, flavors of Basil chili sauce made it more juicy and tasty.
Vegetables in Black Bean Sauce
I tried the Black Bean sauce for the very first time. And I must tell you this is the bestest dish I had from here. The vegetables were crunchy and full of black bean sauce flavors.
Veg Burnt Garlic Rice
The rice was cook to the perfection ad the Burnt Garlic added charm to this rice. I just loved this. The Burnt Garlic chunks were too good.
In desserts I tried Snicker Sundae, Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream and Darshan , all three were good.
Overall a must visit place for Chinese, Thai and Asian food!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mandarin cafe Pune is a newly opened Pan Asian restaurant in the sprawling Phoenix market city mall.
I was here to try their delicacies and was impressed by the fare. Let's start!
AMBIENCE (3/5): The restaurant features dimly lit interiors with comfortable seating arrangement. The hung cylindrical lights add a touch of beauty and accentuate the decor.
FOOD(4/5): I loved the food here. Barring one or two, everything was just delicious.
STARTERS:We tried the dimsums, soups, crispy mushroom dry and totally loved all of them. The crispy mushrooms need a special mention, and you must try them!
MAINS: The mains were equally fantastic as well. Starting with tofu pad Thai noodles , we also had veg black pepper with rice, veg hot garlic, veggies in black bean sauce, tofu in hot chilli basil and finally finished it with a delicious bowl of hot ramen. The ramen was a burst of fresh flavors and the watery broth sipped slowly gave a nice, warm feeling. The other items were excellent in taste with the perfect balance of ingredients and that shows the skills of the chef. The black bean sauce curry and ramen should definitely not be missed.
Ended our scrumptious meal with a hot brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and darsaan(flat fried noodles tossed in sugar syrup, honey and served with a side of ice cream). Both the desserts were fantastic and we ended on a high note.
SERVICE (5/5): Full marks to the service, the waiters are friendly and are polite. The orders were served in quick time and the entire atmosphere was quite nice.
VALUE FOR MONEY (4/5): If you're in the mall and craving some Asian, then look no further. The place has normal prices and doesn't compromise on the quality or quantity. A good place to try if you're all for Chinese!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoenix Marketcity has a very good addition in The Mandarin Cafe and should be your go to choice if you are looking for some authentic Pan Asian food.
The ambience is very soothing and has a very cool Asian touch to it. I was there last weekend, tried a few dishes and below are the ones I liked.
Chilly Mushroom Dry - I am a mushroom lover and this was done perfectly. Bite sized mushrooms were fried to make them crunchy.
Veg Spring Rolls - An assortment of spring rolls with a few varieties - veggie stuffing, cheese stuffing and mix of veggies and cheese. The outer was super crunchy and size was comparatively bigger than
Vegetables in Black Bean Sauce - This was a stellar dish. Black bean sauce was amazing, veggies were fresh and crunchy. #DoTry
Tofu in Hot basil chilli Sauce - Tofu was very juicy and I loved it. The sauce was also done to perfection.
Tom Yum Veg Ramen - I have become a huge fan of Ramens lately as I feel it is a complete meal with a good mix of veggies, noogles and soup. The Ramen here was lovely and I highly recommend it. #MustTry
Even with a full stomach I devoured Snickers Sunday and Chocolate Brownie with icecream.
Darsan is a Chinese speciality dessert which comprises of crisp fried flat noodles drizzled with honey and served with a big dollop of vanilla icecream. If you have a sweet tooth and like to try new things, this is something for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this restaurant yesterday afternoon.
I am going to post this review basis my and my friends experience.
Pros & Cons:
* Space is good
* Very neat and hygienic
* Staff was good and cooperative. They were all wearing masks and gloves
* Alternate seating to maintain social distancing
* great offers on food. We got a good deal @ 299 + taxes that included rice/noodles + veg/non-veg Manchurian + 2 piece momos + 1 mocktail
* All other food items were also available on a discount
* Quantity of food was good for one person.
* Food -
Noodles/Rice - Quiet nice
Veg/Non Veg Manchurian - Average
Momos - Quiet good (beat out of the lot)
Mocktail - Sugar injection (not good at all)
I would recommend restaurant to add fresh lime or soft drink with the combo meal.
I would like to visit again and shall try something other than the combo. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tmc is a newly opened restaurant in Phoenix market City serving some best authentic asian pan cuisine
A beautiful spacious place with lovely interior and wall paintings
Here i have tried some specialities -
Veg sweet corn soup- What else can be better than this for the start. I mean the this is something that would always taste yumm.
Veg Manchow Soup - The strong accents of ginger and garlic make it an ideal soup to serve on a damp monsoon day. While the soy sauce gives it an awesome Umami flavour, the topping of fried noodles gives it an exciting crunch and makes it a bit filling too. Definitely one of the must-try's.
Mushroom Chilli Dry - The mushrooms were perfectly fried and had the crunchy feel to it.
Spring roll basket- The rolls were simply crispy outside and soft inside which gave superb taste.
Prawn with chilli lemongrass -
Lemongrass Prawns is an Asian main dish served with steamed rice. If you are going for something different, I would say go for it.
Prawns schezwan dry - This was by far the best stir fry-ish dish I have had at any place. I would suggest it to anyone!
Pork bbq ribs -These ribs were seasoned, and were very tender. Have it with barbeque sauce. That's it! Nothing better than this.
These ribs were seasoned, and were very tender. Have it with barbeque sauce. That's it! Nothing better than this.
Chicken dim sum, the classic Chinese delicacy, is an uniquely special dish to enjoy on special occasions with friends and family.
Veg pad thai with tofu
Veg black pepper with rice
Veg hot garlic
Tofu in hot chilli basil is delicious, flavorful and spicy dish prepared using tofu, fresh basil and sauces.
Chicken red curry - This fragrant red curry chicken is a one-pan dish with chicken simmered in a bright, curry-infused coconut milk sauce.
You’ll be so pleased with how tender the chicken turns out when you have the first bite
Chilli Garlic Noodles - This was prepared with fresh hakka noodles with garlic and chilli flavour. I would say make sure to order it as a perfect starter for your next party.
Tom yum veg ramen was loaded with tons of tender shrimp, veggies and yummy tom yum broth base.
Coming to Deserts, Kiwi Sparkler is something that I had for first time and trust me, it's amazingly blended. Also the shakes, Brownie Shake & Oreo Cookies Shake had some unique taste which wasn't regular.
If you are a snicker fan, then this is for you - Snicker Sundae.
Last but not the least, Brownie with icecream gave a perfect end.

Tried few dishes. I liked prawns crackers. It was tasty.
Also, tried crispy lamb. It was average. cornflour was more in quantity than the lamb. Also, it was very oily.
In the main course we tried Singapore spicy noodles which was amazing in taste. Also, tom yum ramen was good.
In desserts, I liked brownie with ice cream. Rates are quite high compared to taste and quantity.
Ambiance is good. Service is prompt.
Overall, good option to have Chinese food.
