β β β β β A great place for japanese food. The food was really great, loved the Sushis, bao, dimsums and ramen. Just a lill disappointment that they have very limited options available in drinks menu nd don't have any japanese drinks available in thr menu. Also, before going pls set your expectations right as japanese food is not like indian food and is very bland nd raw fr indian taste buds, specially the sushi. I am sure, everyone will love the Baos and Dimsums. Must try place if u like to try various cuisine types.

β β β β β The service could be better, as the waiting staff wasn't very accommodating in any ways, the food was pretty good almost all the dishes we ordered turned out amazing apart from the tempura prawns, which was not really tempura and was disappointing.

Staff is so polite and sweet! This has to be my go to place for asian food!!! The asparagus tempura sushi was as always fab! Would give it a 5/5. The poached chicken dumplings were excellent! A 5/5 again! Ordered Nasi Goreng for the first time and was so scared to try it But it was YUM!!!! Definitely a must have!!! They have great offers on dineout! Do check them out before going helps you save!!!! Also, take a reservation as they are pretty occupied almost whole day
Pro tip: 25% discount on Dineout Passport

β β β β β Went with high expectations but turned out ok. Veg thai curry somehow had the non veg taste but did not admit to it. Also, it took a long time to get our order. Sushi was good and the juices were nice too. Overall, could have been better experience . Little pricey overall.

β β β β β Great variety of Japanese food available at Shizusan. The prawn sushi was spot on and the spicy Mayo on top was perfect. We also had the oink oink rice and the black pepper strips which was flavourful and nice. The bao was also very soft and full of flavour.
Suggestion that the sui mai be provided in pork as well, the original flavour just had a kick to it, but the chicken ones served here were also nice but it has to be accompanied with the chilli oil (Which was not provided)
Would be visiting again for sure, unfortunately I did not get enough images of the interior but it's cozy and nice

β β β β β βWhen you travel, find your way using food as a wanderer would, using starsβ Shizusan
That is exactly what I have been doing, navigating around new locations through food! Iβm always seeking for good food at all sorts of places whether itβll be domestic or abroad. Most have been at a reasonable price while other times overly expensive.
At shizusan, it ainβt cheap however the price tag matches with the quality of food. Itβs fresh and loaded with flavour. That being said, food presentation and decor was ordinary.
We ordered rainbow roll, tofu bao, pork ribs, classic fried rice, prawn ha gao and a lemon ice tea. Between this place and swig, Iβd rather go to swig - they tick all the boxes in terms of taste, presentation, price and customer service.

β β β β β If you're first timer trying sushi, you should definitely give Shizusan a try with their Dynamite Shrimp.
However during peak hours do make sure you reserve a table, we had to wait for 40 minutes after reaching. Despite that, the food and experience was great. !
Voila ! Cheers to Sushi ?.

β β β β β The food was decent. They have good options in vegetarian as well. The rice which they use is great quality Japanese rice. The sushi recommendations given by the chef were decent too. However, they didn't serve Sake which was sad. Lastly, they added 10% service charge which is huge and when asked to waive it off (paying the service charge is not mandatory as per the rule), they kept on giving reasons and asked if there was anything wrong with the service instead. Now, there was nothing wrong with the service but I feel giving tip usually is based on how satisfied the customer feels and is a voluntary action and I didn't feel like paying 10% of the bill as well. That kind of killed the experience, which otherwise would have been really great.
