Bad quality, tasteless food, late service and misbehaving waiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punjab Grill is a brand in food industry.The restaurant at Phoenix Mall is bit small and you may have to wait to get a seat.Food as usual is tasty.We ordered a Bhatti da Murgh and one Murgh Malai Tikka.The portions were huge and more than sufficient for two people.However the Mugh Malai Tikka was undercooked.We also tried their speciality the Sangria Red Wine.The manager suggested us to take a full Jar which would have costed 1000 plus taxes instead I ordered two glasses only( one of red and one of white wine).I instantly regretted my decision of ordering only two glasses and not the full Jar.The Wine was too good.The taste was so fresh and heavenly.I intend to go back and try that once more.Given 4 stars only because of the under cooked starter.Otherwise the ambience,service and the Wine deserves 5 stars.

This would be my last visit to this restaurant, the restaurant lacks authentic Punjabi dish , extremely overpriced for this price i would have had a good meal in 5 star hotels . 2 adults 2 kids , non alcoholic drinks and the bill came to 8K. Food quality and service , just average. Anyone reading this review and contemplating to visit, I would instead recommend to go any restaurant in 5 start hotel. I have few restaurants in my list which are overpriced as well however I am a repeat customer at those restaurants because of exemplary food they serve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a family dinner, deco is good, lighting and overall ambience good. Wish they could do something about food quality and service. May be the staff got little tired by the end of the day or may be they got underwhelmed
due to average crowd. Food was just about average no great shakes and absolutely not related to huge bill they serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very disappointed with the food served, we ordered hara matar di tikki and tandoori murg but chicken was not at all good, not marrinated enough was very chewy and not fresh also the tikki was extremely dry.... Earlier it would melt in the mouth however the one that was served now was just griended peas. This is not the quality that was expected from Punjab grill... Hence we did not order the main course... As it seemed like already a waste of money.. only the mocktails lived up to it's standards....

1. The Chicken dish we ordered was literally half cooked salsa sauce as gravy
2. The prices are unrealistic
3. The serving portion is hardly enough to serve 2 people
4. Nothing was served by the waiters
5. I'm giving 1 star for making the rotis well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been here for a solo dinner and the experience was so good. Treated myself to their tiger prawns tawa fry n my table was taken care of by Vincent who very fondly suggested me to try the mutton achari kulcha n it was so good ❤️ the ambience is also good. Sure to visit again
