★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was ignored by the service staff twice and when asked for a iPad cover which i wanted to buy the staff asked me to wait for 5-10 minutes. If the staff wanted me to wait they could have told me the moment i approached them. Worst apple store i have ever been to.

They have all the Apple original product and also some 3rd party product.
Good staff with better knowledge then rest local store
Also service center is near by which is with in 200m.

Only it can get slightly crowded sometimes so service might be a little slow at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with their billing process.Their machine didn’t work and made me purchase without their offer. Everytime I had some or the other issues with billing. Identification of product is easier then billing. I don’t think I will try again from here for anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have one of the worst support teams ever. They commit to a sale and as soon as the sale is done they don't help with anything. They have absolutely no customer-brand relationship. Having been an apple user for 10+ years, this is the first time I've ever experienced such terrible service. They stop picking up calls, 0/10, not recommended at all. Please buy from any other reseller or e-commerce website because the hassle with Unicorn Authorised Reseller is just not worth it. I will never buy anything from this reseller ever again.
