★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service from Crome, Phoenix Mall. The team tried to sell us a wrong product on basis of same color and brand.
It was disappointing that the customer care calls us all the way from Hadapsar confirming the required model is available and after we are at the store they claim how does it matter if same model is not available. The color and brand is same how does model make a difference.
Escalating to manager is of no sense as he is sorry. God knows if they will accept sorry from a customer if they do a mistake at their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had some issues with his IPad which he had bought from croma. It was around 2pm. We waited in the cabin for customer service but it was vacant. We waited around 40min. We asked the Sales people and we're told that the customer service executive will come soon. Finally, we came out and tried to find about the store in charge. We were told that he is on leave. We left the store in disgust. It is not expected from such big brand. If it is lunch time, put up a sign board for same. And only one CSE for such big store is not expected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can never trust Croma.I am looking for if any thing less than 1 star.They speak tons about their services while selling the product but in reality i am struggling to get my water purifier installed for more than 5 days. They keep giving false hopes and commitments everyday. Calling the service center of actual product like LG is anyway of no use as they hardly care if you don’t buy from them directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good part - One stop shop for consumer durables and large home appliances. Staff is good, vatiety of selection. Being a Tata enterprise quality is assured.
Bad part - worst after sale service support, still awaiting for an installation call even after 6 days of purchase!! I read a few reviews on this front but still went ahead with purchase from Chroma, will think before I step into store again.
Recommendation - Opt for things thar are just over the counter purchase (easy ones like headphones!).

Recently purchased Samsung AC From chroma phoenix market which was delivered on 2nd day and installation happened after four days for which we had to call them couple of times.
We received torn carton with missing contents.The carton clearly states they have remote,user manual battery inside too along with AC.
But we just received remote which I'm not sure how long it will work as the box was damaged and so might the remote also be.
Now the customer service will not respond or pick we have mailed also received call from a rep who herself wasn't aware that the box contains contents.Also dint offer assistance on this matter.
Pune really needs some good showrooms who know hw to do their job with good after sales service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was too much crowded on a weekend I visited but salespersons were trying their best to cater to all the customers. Nice experience, good discount on specific bank cards which was offered voluntarily by the salesperson. Billing speed can be improved
