It's the worst Store ! Because they promises are not valid after purchased product ! I have purchased Dell laptop & the second day the issue started gone to the store they said connect dell & from the 3 months I am not able to use it properly & my issue didn't solved yet ! & THE MOST WORST PART IS THEY CHARGED ME 5000 RUPEES FOR PIECE TO PIECE REPLACEMENT but it's not valid feels like I got duplicate & default Piece & the policies dosnt work ! NEVER EVER BUY PRODUCT FROM RELIANCE DIGITAL ! You can see below ! That if you find issue reliance digital fake promise don't work! & The company always dealy ! Zero support received from reliance digital you can check dates below how delay you gonna face ! You gonna regret !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pricing among 3-4 places where i inquired (for ac) so the best place to buy offline in Rajkot, staff was good enough to answer each query. Only thing I thought lacked was the variety of products, they didn't have all the company products.

Updates:
I have cancelled my order as they are making irrelevant excuses, even store manager couldn't answer satisfactorily about product delivery on time. As a customer I bought the Samsung AC for on time delivery and still waited week long for delivery, after that I had to cancelled my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought LG 1.5 Tonn 5 Star AC from reliance, they are cheating customers saying free installation and the technician who comes for installation ask for extra money. Makes customers run here and there saying bring this part bring that part. After arranging and giving, technician saying will take labor fees for that as well. Worst store for AC. It's not advisable to buy anything from here.
Chroma is much better had disclosed all this in advance in addition to price.

It was nice and discount also there in every item when i visited all types of electonic items were there in 1 store. New updated models for i phones , mobiles freedge tv sound systems were available there
