★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take very long time to serve in warranty in cell phone. We have to be sit in queue for more than an hour. Even they have not much customers in a city. They focus first to sim sale and service.

Two times my phone stopped working within an hour of service.
I doubt their technical team's expertise. Most of the time they just format the phone by stating random technical reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In rajkot only one service centre,timing is very odd,no people is for taking handset for service recess period longer ,they dont take and afterwards give on my time ,ubhave to compulsory stay there,no people can go for service except holiday,and they close on sunday ..very very poor response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was very bad at this service center as they do not provide customer friendly LYF phone repair services. One has to wait till the asset gets repaired in center only and there's no facility to pick the serviced device later.
And this center do not facilitate the user with the replacement of LYF phones. Adding more to it one can not buy new phone also as they have different center for same.
Jio has 4 different centers for 4 different services.
I think Jio should provide all the services at each center. And LYF asset quality is worst, its maximum lifetime is of 1 yr as per me.
