★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the site says closing time @10 pm ...HOwever if ur in phoenx and try to enter h&m even at 9:15 to literally jus take somethng that's lying next to the counter..they will not let u enter..if u guys needs so much time to shut down the shop due to your poor management skills then please close it at 9 pm itself by actually closing the shutter..u keep it open and show on site closing time as 10 aNd kick out customers at 9:15 itself ..really hope this place actually shuts down for good ...as such it's useless and it's spoiling the brand's name from the way they are treating customers..and giving mis leading information on the site about closing timings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection but RUDE staff... surprisingly. When I asked about some clothes I was answered rudely and where as my question was polite. Secondly whilst getting the item gift wrapped the same staff spoiled the package. I asked to change the package but that lady staff said all the packages are like that ( faulty ?). A local shop keeper will give much better treatment to staff then this H&M store. Please change the staff or atleast train them how to behave with customers they are your face( owner).

I wanted to exchange my newly bought shoes (didn't even use it anywhere and had all tags on them) cause of size issues but the 'manager' tells me that they have white colored loop for the tags on their shoes and my shoes had black , I asked her to bring out the shoes they had and they had the black colored loop which keeps the tags in place. She should've atleast apologized for being a douchebag and for implying that I've conned her but she didn't and in the end she didn't let me exchange the shoes just for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Variety of clothes are good and lots of options to choose for. Has ample space for each section so its not crowded and has enough trial rooms. The staff is friendly over the floor. But the technology being used by them is pretty old due to which it takes a lot of time for billing. There's no tap to pay option, no upi payment option, even they cannot find membership with phone. You have to have their app logged in your phone(to increase number of downloads I guess) for them to identify you as a member with a barcode. Whats even worst is one cannot take even take screenshot of the barcode as the app doesn't allow that. This al leads to almost same time as shopping for the billing and plus the slow work of billing people makes it tiresome. Would recommend buying online, but there are some offers are applicable in store only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying on a very loose beach cover up over my tee and was asked to not do that, in a VERY RUDE manner by a staff (one with a Ponytail) which makes no logic to me as there was a long queue and I didn't actually need to 'change' clothes. When I tried to explain he just smirked and left...my oh my where do these people get hired from, moreover what policy is this. Specially considering its a brand targeting youth?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection and ambience. But Very poor billing. There are 4 computers placed for billing in all H&M stores and everywhere only 2 are working. The people at billing are too slow and in addition to that they make you download an app/ click a link to get some number and all cause waste of time.
