It's very disappointing.
When we buy premium Tshirt they should provide bags

I had purchased a pair of slippers and on the one's flap there was a tiny white dot which isnt going whatsoever and on the left one theres a scratch and the guy in charge took the pictures and told me he will send it to the head office. In 3 weeks time i had to call them so many times to get updates and finally they have told me its too minor to be noticed or replaced or something like that. Lacoste please appoint better staffs.
