This is one of the best property for office location but has some facility issue because residential building is converted to commercial place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoenix Fountainhead, one of the worst building/Tower for any IT/Non-IT or MNC.
They surely are just another Mall and worried about just the retail business, never ever supportive to any Business/ office in the Fountainhead (AKA IT Towers).
I doubt who suggested them to build these towers and ask IT Domain's to come here and do business from here.
No company can do business from here, they cant even help you with basic things like Parking/logistics/ food, etc.
I suggest if you are thinking to operate from their Tower-1, 2 or 3..
PLEASE THINK AGAIN !!!
