Bought fridge on Sunday. they promised to send engineer for demo installation. its almost 4 days no one is responding properly. once you bought anything the don't give a dam. they spoil your muhurta your excitement everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defective services being offered by Reliance Digital at Phoenix Market City, Pune. I would recommend going to Croma instead on the same floor.
I feel the executives are unresponsive for most queries and do not have a customer centric approach.
Post sale service experience for me has been horrible.
Would've given 0/5 stars if Google would've allowed.
PS. All other reviews talk about the customer's experience when buying a new product at the showroom, the after sales services have been extremely poor.

Purchased a LG refrigerator from Reliance Digital Phoenix Marketcity on 1 May and the delivery was done on 2nd May. They promised that the installation will be done in 48 hours of delivery. As 3 May was Akshay tritiya/Eid, 4 May was confirmed by the store.
Today is night of 5th May and there is no information about installation.
When called the store personnel including department manager Paul all are lying relentlessly. Paul promised that he is sending someone from store in 30 mins but the guy Manzoor called after almost 1.5 hours just to say that he will come next day afternoon.
Pathetic service and very lousy attitude of these people I interacted with.
Not recommended.

Staff is also well mannered and as per the requirements they will assist. I'm purchasing all necessary electronic equipments from Reliance digital only. Try and experience it.

Reliance team listens to customer and tries to give maximum discount possible. Must say, you will definitely not leave shop due to price issue!
