★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. Do not ever book a courier from them. They will never listen to any complaints. Customer has to do all the follow ups. Customer care is also worst. No response at all. They charge hefty amount in the name of Express delivery which is not even worth normal charges. Wanted to give zero star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely polite staff. Specially Ghatge madam are very attentive and answer promptly. If they are unable to deliver your parcel, she will tell the reason also. Which is very much justifiable. I recommend this DTDC office for obtaining service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to courier a carton to mumbai for which they had given me an estimate of Rs.250 as per the size of the carton which I informed the consignee about. But later they told me that it was a mistake and the delivery charges will be Rs.1050. My whole day was wasted because of their miscalculation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Have not received my parcel yet. They took full payment for freight service so that the parcel gets delivered within the next 2 days. Its been more than 7 days. Will never use DTDC for shipment. Would highly recommend not to use DTDC or be prepared to receive it after 10 days!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody calls before delivering the courier and no sms service .. just what they do is put a note on online tracking that address is wrong .. many companies are there for courier but this DTDC is the worst please don't waste your time here go for other..
