β β β β β According to their website, my courier has reached viman Nagar last week, i have been trying to contact them from the numbers listed on the website, but not getting through at all. There is no way to get through them and there is no idea when I'll get my delivery

β β β β β Horrible courier service ever !!! My courier was dispatched from Gurgaon on the 21st dec and the website shows it has reached Pune office by 24th Dec but still hasn't reached me. When I tried calling the customer care offices, they answer it and once the number Is noted they block it after that. They should be shut down

β β β β β Courier Service overall is worst, but this particular office staff is nice and supportive. They try to make things as efficient as they could but overall Trackon courier management is totally inefficient and rude. Most of their (Trackon as a Company) service and support is Pathetic, their customer care will need at least 40 calls to get through 1 time. Pune Hub nos mentioned in website i tried for 3 days every time they are switched off and Landline nos i got are never picked

β β β β β Don't use Trackon services for sending electronics like laptop.
They are not trained with knowledge on
1. How to pack laptops for courier
2. How to send laptops for courier even for special courier for laptop only service.
3. Laptop got completely broken from the hinges and sides shattered this is how your laptop will reach you . For claiming the insurance from them which took 10-12 days after repair bill was provided,I had to struggle to get my laptop fixed but was questioned alot saying your bill lack serial number this and that.
4. My lenovo tablet also got damaged similar way but there was no insurance cover for it so I couldn't reimburse the tablet(repair cost : 6-7000/-)
5. I had to get duplicate body part installed in my laptop which costed just around 3500/- even then they questioned me so much about bill before communication turned a little negative with the courier guy.
6. The courier guy agreed to transfer the amount after few days and he googlepayed me 3500/- for the duplicate replacement.
Still my tablet broken in shackles costs me 6000-7000/- .
One request to Trackon guys is : please don't cross question too much when your services has created a loss for him, just reimburse the repair amount and correct your mistake.

β β β β β My parcel had reached to Pune Vimannagar branch on 27th May 21 but it is not delivered to Kharadi address until 2nd June 21. Is it going to deliver by human or parcel is going to come on it's own by walking??? None of their number is reachable including trackon and branch.
