★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I will never ever in my life send through these guys. I went to send Rakhi to DOHA, Qatar and the guy told me that the courier will be delivered one day before Rakhi for sure. The courier reached one day before Rakhi at their center and they delivered it after 4 days. These guys send via some other partners and make the customer suffer a lot. Never again. Beware of these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier service is good enough. I found this to be quit expensive..! I had send some 2 KG mangoes to some place, that costed me more than the price of mangoes...! Otherwise I found this courier service to very good....!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They try not to convey your parcel. They leave aside the purpose of conveying on time and so on. They don't believe it's there employment to convey a parcel, so imagine a scenario in which they have taken a major sum or vowed to complete a multi day conveyance.
My sister as of late utilized their support of send RAKHI to me from Lucknow to Pune. The parcel arrived at destination in 2 days however they never conveyed the package. From recent days it's stuck in there. Rakhi celebration officially finished.
Finally, I just need to gather it from their office as it were.
I truly guide not to use there administration rather allow to Indian post. They are obviously better then such privately owned businesses.
Most awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service one can get. The delivery guy is extremely unprofessional.
My mother had sent me a package and this delivery guy calls me and says, i am standing outside your office. I asked him for 10mins, he said i can wait for only 2 mins, on which i told him i will take min 5mins to take the lift and walk till gate. He said okay, i am waiting and pls come n take ur parcel. I reached in exactly 4 mins and when i called him, he said i have left your place and have come for the other delivery.
I asked him when will you come to deliver my parcel, he said when i will come, i will call you. I asked him if i should wait or go back to my desk. He said wait, and after waiting for 10mins in scorching heat, i called him, he said i would call you. I said i am waiting, he said go back to your desk, i will let you know. I went back and the minute i reached my desk, he called and said i am outside your office. I was literally frustrated, still requested him to wait right there and i would be there asap. He said okay, i reached the gate and called him and this stupid fellow said, i have left and i could hear the horn of the vehicles which were around me. When i pointed this out, he said yes i am in the same area but on the other side of the road. He refused to come to my side and when asked to wait on the other side, he refused for that too. He was arrogant, unprofessional, illiterate and had no basic manners to talk to clients.
I have never experienced such service. This is not the end. Next day when i went to collect my parcel at his office, he said in front of his boss that he had called me on the next day too and i refused to take the parcel as i was not in office. I asked him to show the logs of his phone, he had my no. in the dialled list, however when i asked him to show the duration of the call, he just kept mum and left from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor quality shipment. I run a business and I need to get merchandise delivered, which involves fragile material like mugs and wall frames. These guys man-handle the goods and get broken products delivered to our customers. It has happened not once, not twice, but 6-7 times. It's pathetic. They charge hefty amounts though. I'd give 0 stars if that was possible because they're that ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is worst courier service ever , they charge u more and second thing they deliver your package damaged. they dont receive you calls, and they dont bubble wrap your package even though they have charged you for the same.
Their tracking system is worst and in Pune delivery they take 3-4 days,without any reason.
I will suggest not to go for them!!
