★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic courier service. Very poor customer care service and equally bad delivery service. The delivery guys lie left right and centre. They never deliver any package on the expected date. They are really bad! Such companies should close down IMMEDIATELY!

Poor delivery service of Dtdc post.

This branch should be closed or the staff members should be replaced as because of them DTDC reputation is going down. They are not doing their work properly & not taking any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite unprofessional for whatever they are doing, these guys will ruin dtdc's name if they continue to ignore customer's instructions.
Not giving proper information to customer is completely unacceptable especially the guy who initiates the courier process have bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst DTDC Branch, Worst staff & worst service.
Do not waste money & your important things because they will damage it and will not deliver even after charging huge amount of money from you.
I would have given negative rating if it would be possible. They didn't deliver my courier & returned back. They charge huge amount still couldn't deliver it also, didn't return my money. Courier contain some important documents which were to be delivered urgently but they took 5 days & 3 more to deliver back to me. Also, they folded my document i am attaching the picture here.
