★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a courier from Pune to Mumbai all utensils ..... while booking i had clearly asked to bring a 10 kg box but the man who came to collect bought a 2 kg box only ..... and assured me that nothing will happen to the materials glass and steel utensils i will pack nicely and send...... when it reached to the destination all my BRAND NEW utensils were all broken ..... very very disappointing service ...... I had recently moved to Pune and got more than 100 kgs of stuff from another courier and there was no damage at all .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud, cheats & corrupts...Worst service and people working here...They will charge money and not deliver goods on time and above that wont even respond to your calls and messages....dont believe these ppl they r big time frauds...charged me 2.5times the rates and then got disappeared...pls abondon them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had shared the parcel for Germany. I was informed it would at max take 15 days to deliver the parcel. The parcel included food items perishable ones. The parcel was deposited on 1st Nov 2021 i.e before diwali. Now it's 17th Nov 2021 the parcel is not yet delivery on checking the status it only showed us in transit and now when it arrived at destination I could see. The parcel lied at DTDC centre pune itself untill 10ththe parcel is still not delivered and on inquiring these people tell we dispatched your parcle same day. Very unprofessional just to take.order they commit we will get it delivered in 10 days but it's been 15plus days and undelivered.
Very unprofessional . I will never re not be recommend anyone to opt for DTDC and not reliable very bad experience.
