I applied for premature disontinuance, however, the speed of processing and the response from customer care is very frustrating. For sure I will never avail any policy from Bajaj Allianz. On sincere suggestion to Bajaj Allianz: Please remember that "A satisfied customer is the best advertisement".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have paid premium on 23-Sept-2020 and till today are following up for the policy. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We are tired of following up and running from pillar to post. The executives do not receive calls also. Please AVOID Bajaj Allianz at all cost. They are untrustworthy and a big ZERO when it comes to service.
