★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Municipality Offices have poor work culture and their staff display ' devil may care ' attitude. Bajaj Allianz is the latest entrant in the company of municipal offices. Bajaj Allianz displays similar casual attitude and doe not care customers. Very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very horrible service. Please don’t ever think of getting an insurance at this place. The staff by name Deepika is so arrogant, doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Horrible service. Waste of time and money. They cancelled my insurance and did not give me back the money at all. I have never come across such bad money minded and fraudulent company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go for bajaj health insurance they are big cheaters. I have enrol for Baja health insurance but later on I wanted to discontinue so I went to residency Richmond road branch. They told me to give a letter, and told within 2 weeks you will get your amount back. But they have deducted the money from my bank continuously
Even I have sent repeated mails to them

The reception desk staff needs training to explain the details of the query by the customer. Things are done without proper explanation in detail.
Customer are not so comfortable..
Needs some overall improvement.
