★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been the worst Insurance company I have ever seen. Until I made the payment for my Car insurance renewal, they told me, I will get the insurance copy by 3 PM on the same day. It is 2 weeks over now and still waiting for my insurance copy, not using my car just because I don't have the running Insurance on it. Using private cabs for my day to day and outstation travels.

Worst customer servicing.
For 3 year in have been with Royal Sundaram for my Creta and I have made not claims but their customer care executive is so harsh in talking and servicing the customer during renewals. If we ask questions, they just say see your old policy and it is the same.
Also, their price is high when compared to market (My basic premium doubled that last year and my premium is way higher than my last year amount)and when you are a new customer and openly say we can provide that cost to only new customers and so you don’t worry about retaining the old customers at all, they treat you well.
I have opted ACKO who are doing great job. I have been using ACKO for my other car and I have never faced any issue with them.

Corporate office number is not at all working, we can't talk to a customer care executive. Whenever we complaint something through email, they send pleasing replies without solving the issue. Such a worst, unethical company.
