★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible is not the word for the bank employees, it doesnt deserve even 1 star. To close your account they will torture and harass you as if you have asked for their kidneys. They will throw forms at you and ask to fill without any help, if you make a mistake you will have to redo the whole thing by wasting time and money. They have even moved the locker away from the bank branch, why are they hiding our valuables like this? If you ask logical questions, they will start fighting. Most corrupted employees sit in Union Bank

Earlier it was very good but nowadays they are not at all customer friendly.Better union Bank management give training to your staff personnel to behave with their valuable customer
