★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This GODFORSAKEN BANK has Refused to accept money which my Father who is a senior citizen....Came to deposit 25k for his medical treatment purposes on today the 30th of July, 2019... One of the lady staffs denied to accept the deposit and told to deposit via Deposit machine....Is this how you treat customers petty nuggets...Am gonna lodge a complaint against the bank first and take up the case with Banking Ombudsman too....Is this how a Public Sector Bank serve a citizen of the country....R u bankers idly sitting and earning....I am not gonna leave this issue to be frank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non of the staff's knows the regional language and thy are not at all co operates, I can see the staffs who are working from many years but not at all learnt the regional language. I don't know how come thy are clearing Language Proficiency Test(LPT).
