β β β β β We had Bikas entrusted with taking care of my father who had to undergo a surgery , possibly 2 to remove a tumor in the colon.
A colostomy was mostly required.
Bikas the caretaker, was suggested by Ramesh & I had a candid discussion before hiring him.
That decision turned out to be a remarkable one. ???
Thanks to his experise in this area, his calm & composed nature & his proactive attitude we were fortunate to have him support my father very well.not for 1 but 2 back to back surgeries in 3 months time.
To add during this covid pandemic...his etiquette, hygiene & good awareness of the situation was very helpful.
Today my father is fine. Thanks a lot to Bikas and Ramesh for organizing this.
Would highly recommend DAWN ! ?

β β β β β We approached the agency for nursing aides when our 87 year old mother was paralysed. For the next 6 months we had one, or briefly, two, young nurses living with us 24 x7 to care for our mother. We found them sincere, hard- working, efficient, intelligent and (most important of all) kind in their care of our loved one. She too, was quite comfortable with them. We did wonder if language would be a problem, since the girls are from North/ west India. However, we found with a mixture of Hindi, English and malayalam, we could manage quite well. We warmly recommend the agency to anyone needing caregivers for elderly persons.

Team used to arrange backups when caretaker used to take vacation.

We engaged the services of Dawn Home Nursing Care Services for round-the- clock care for my husband who is an 88 year-old veteran Army Officer recovering from surgery.
We contacted a number of agencies for home care for 10 days and finally settled on DAWN HNCS as they were very positive and accommodating from the start. We were very fortunate to have found this excellent service. I am happy to say that our experience with them was good and satisfactory in every way. Their representative Sh. V. Ramesh was very attentive and concerned regarding our requirements, and chose a suitable Care Taker accordingly.
The Care Taker, a young nursing student, was fully attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable with excellent personal habits.
My husband and I were very satisfied with the service. We have tried other agencies in the same field in the past, but this is the first time we have been completely satisfied and pleased with the response.
I would unhesitatingly recommend the services of DAWN HNCS for elder care requirements. They have set a high standard for providing a much needed service. They are an excellent example to others in this field.
I wish them the very best. I will be relying on them for similar services in future.
